Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Auraon Router API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Auraon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. API usage
You may use the Auraon API for any lawful purpose. You may not: use the API to generate illegal content, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, resell API access without a written reseller agreement, or use the API in ways that violate any underlying model provider's terms.
3. Payment and billing
Usage is billed monthly based on requests processed and tokens consumed. Card payments are refundable within 7 days if no requests were made during the billing period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.
4. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the API gateway. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party model providers. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you send to and receive from the API. Auraon does not claim ownership of your prompts, completions, or data. The Auraon software, branding, and API design are property of Auraon AI, Inc.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auraon's liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the API is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' email notice. Continued use of the API after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
